Movie Theater Chat-bot

Kinepolis is the biggest movie theater in Belgium. They are using this chatbot to enable their users to order tickets, and get information from a Facebook-chat conversation. The chat-bot answers many questions about more than 70000 different movies. The chat-bot is built using our Oswald chat-bot framework. The bot can be accessed from a Facebook conversation, it is connected to IMDB, and the ticketing system of Kinepolis.
